Bob Ogle graduated from the University of Texas Business School in 1980. After working as a landman in the oil and gas industry for five years he followed his dream of attending law school at St. Mary’s School of Law. He served on the Law Journal and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 1988. Mr. Ogle opened his law office in Boerne, Texas on April 1, 1989. Since then, he has represented clients in thousands of cases involving family law, probate, estate planning, business law and general litigation. He is proud to call his clients his friends, and is appreciative of the clientele that has supported a long and rewarding legal career.
Mr. Ogle considers it a privilege to work as a lawyer in a community where he and Patricia, his wife of 37 years, raised their two children and made their life together. His spare time consists mostly of playing pickleball with his wife, who is the vastly superior player.
Patricia Ogle stepped out of retirement (and playing pickleball) to support Bob Ogle on his latest and greatest endeavor.
Patricia assists with managing schedules, training Ogle Legal Team members, transcribing meeting minutes, maintaining filing systems, drafting and reviewing documents, conducting research on legal processes, etc.
Patricia is a valuable asset to the Ogle Legal Team and we are so thankful she stepped out of retirement to be a guiding light for Bob and the team!
Nita Templeton obtained her degree through American River College paralegal program in Sacramento, CA in 2004 and served as the Sacramento Director for the California Court Clerk Association from 2008-2013, providing training day workshops on court procedures and other court career related topics.
She brings a wealth of experience in court administration, including 20+ years as a court clerk to the Honorable David De Alba in complex civil litigation and criminal trials with the Superior Court of California, Sacramento County.
Along with her extensive trial experience as a court clerk, she has managed pretrial volume courts for both civil and criminal matters including family law, civil litigation and probate cases. After years of dedicated service with the Sacramento Courts, Nita and her husband, Coit, now reside in San Antonio, Texas. She is excited to be a part of the Ogle Legal Team and offer her wealth of knowledge and experience to the team!
